Journey to 40 and Sporty Day 8
Still not getting the food thing down the way I would like to. : ( I am finding I am not very hungry but I know that you need to eat to lose. Eat good foods that is to get your metabolism started and to keep it going. So , I know I have some work to do . Obviously,since I am hardly losing w/ all of this excercise. A bit frustrated but I will not give up as I normally do when I do not see the results I want to . I did 2.65 miles on the treadmill doing my weightloss program for 50 minutes. My menu today was very odd! I decided to use the roast dinner from last night to make beef stew but of coarse I did not want the fat. So I rinsed it all and patted it dry w/ paper towels. LOL After I did that , it looked so good that I heated up a little for my breakfast. For lunch I had Vegetable soup and for dinner I had a little bit of beef stew. Just not real hungry and too busy cleaning to make myself make a salad and eat. Blah!! It is still looking like I weigh the same as I did last week and last week I stayed the same. Confused , frustarted but determined. Very tired tonight !!!
