Journey to 40 and Sporty Day 8
Still not getting the food thing down the way I would like to. : ( I am finding I am not very hungry but I know that you need to eat to lose. Eat good foods that is to get your metabolism started and to keep it going. So , I know I have some work to do . Obviously,since I am hardly losing w/ all of this excercise. A bit frustrated but I will not give up as I normally do when I do not see the results I want to . I did 2.65 miles on the treadmill doing my weightloss program for 50 minutes. My menu today was very odd! I decided to use the roast dinner from last night to make beef stew but of coarse I did not want the fat. So I rinsed it all and patted it dry w/ paper towels. LOL After I did that , it looked so good that I heated up a little for my breakfast. For lunch I had Vegetable soup and for dinner I had a little bit of beef stew. Just not real hungry and too busy cleaning to make myself make a salad and eat. Blah!! It is still looking like I weigh the same as I did last week and last week I stayed the same. Confused , frustarted but determined. Very tired tonight !!!

Oh friend hang in there...I didn't want to tell you that you can see it in your face, the weight loss I mean. You'll get there....if it were easy no one would be fat!! Right?

ps I bought 100 calorie snacks...that's my start lol!!

Sorry about the frustration of the scale not budging despite the exercise...I experienced it today, as Sat. is my day to "weigh in" with myself.
But, do you keep measurements, too? With all the exercise, muscle gets built up, which weighs more than fat, so the scale isn't necessarily a good indicator. So I take measurements of how many inches around my waist, hips, midsection, ETC :D, and a half inch gone here or there is an incredible encouragement! Try it!
